Alan France, Operations Director at Idhammar was invited again this year to present on the easyFairs Maintenance exhibition circuit. France delivered two papers at MAINTEC, and a further paper at Maintenance Antwerpen before heading off to Malmo to assist the Idhammar team at the Swedish exhibition.
The LearnShops generated a great deal of interest in OEE Systems and many people in the audience were staggered by the ROI calculation. Using the Burton’s Foods’ Blackpool site case study for context, France revealed the true benefits of implementing an OEE System and the financial saving that is generated by a 1% improvement in OEE.
