New Features

Asset Export and Import –  Asset information can be exported to Excel, updated and then imported. Benefits include better quality Asset data with consistent naming conventions and a rapid data loading process for new equipment.

Condition Export and Import – Condition Monitoring data can be exported to Excel, current data can be captured and used to populate the Idhammar database via a simple import utility. The significant benefit here is portability of data: spreadsheets can be printed or transferred to tablets, laptops or other handheld devices

Bulk Change of Master and PM Templates – A new facility is available to bulk change data on selected records in the PM Template and Master PM Template Header and Task grid functions. The functions allow update of: Resource, Requester, Planning code, Priority, Work Type, Project, Account.  These features make the management and redistribution of planned work much easier resulting in better control of the maintenance teams.

Masters PM Templates – When updating PM Templates from their Master it will now be possible to select which fields are to be updated, then select the PM Templates to be updated but only allow

updating within the users authority profile.  This functionality delivers much greater selectivity and control to the maintenance planners.

Work Order Archiving – Archive by Project or by Task Completion date.  Some users like to see all data going back over many years whilst others prefer to only have limited data available for day to day use.  The Achiving function, which was removed some versions previously, has been reinstated and allows those users who wish to do so to significantly reduce the volume of data available within the current operational database.

Items Inspections – A completely new function that provides a facility to record quality checks on maintenance stock.  Details of deteriorating materials or damage to loaned items can be identified easily.  Inspection details include: pass/fail, comments and attachments such as photographs or scanned documents

System Performance – Idhammar system architects have redesigned some key functions and have been able to improve system response time significantly.
