Elopak
Norwegian based filling machine systems company Elopak has operations in more than 40 markets throughout the world and last year sold over 12.8 billion cartons of milk, juice, wine and soup. The group has selected Idhammar OEE to help measure and improve performance at one of their key German customers who operate the largest juice factory in Europe. As well as measuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness the system remotely monitors a number of critical control points to help Elopak maximise support for the customer.

ALPLA is one of the world’s leading companies in the packaging solutions sector, with 149 branches and 14000 employees worldwide. The Idhammar CMMS supports ALPLA’s maintenance operation at the bottling plant in Port Sunlight on the Wirral. The site employs 98 people at its plant, manufacturing bottles for laundry liquids and detergents amongst others.
